GALLERY: Touche Amore + Gender Roles at Nottingham Rescue Rooms

We caught Touche Amore on the last night of their European tour after playing shows in Portsmouth and London just before their show at the Rescue Rooms bringing along indie-punkers Gender Roles, acting as a warm up ahead of their appearances at 2000 Trees soon after.

2000 Trees announce first headliner

As previously mentioned in our festival preview, 2000 Trees announced their first headline act for their festival in Cheltenham on July 12-14.

In their only festival appearance of the summer At The Drive In is the first headline act announced for the festival, where they will be joined on the bill by Hell for Heroes, Creeper, Basement, Arcane Roots, Touche Amore, Turbowolf and Golf Key.

A solid start to a line up we have high hopes for and it won’t be long before they are joined by other bands as another planned announcement is due on Wednesday and tickets will be going on sale on Thursday February 1st. This is one festival you want to keep an eye on as there are plenty more bands expected to be announced for this one!

To get just a taste of what is to come at Cheltenham in July we have ever so kindly put together a playlist of a few songs from each band to get you all excited for what’s to come!
