2000 Trees unveil a few extra treats to be added to the line up

Just when you thought 2000 Trees couldn’t possibly be any better, they go ahead and announce yet more bands as well as reveal who will be playing acoustic sessions in the forest.

First things first, the new bands just added to the line up. Mallory Knox has just been revealed to join the festival on the main stage playing on Friday. With them bands such as Demob Happy, Beans on Toast and Skinny Lister have all been added.

That isn’t quite all though, as Trees has yet another trick up their sleeve.

Headline act Enter Shikari have been announced to be doing a stripped back, acoustic set in the forest during the day on Saturday and not just them, there will be acoustic sets from the phenomenal Jamie Lenman, Fatherson, The Xcerts and so many more.

Kicking off in less than 6 weeks, The Great Escape festival brings the best mix of artists together from all around the world and is truly one event you do not want to miss out on! ‘A Riot of Colour’ – Beautiful Days returns with an unmissable line-up

With tickets having gone on sale over a month ago, the colourful Beautiful Days Festival has finally announced this year’s headliners, and it absolutely does not disappoint!

Returning to Escot Park, in Devon, between the 17th and 19th August, Beautiful Days promises a riot of color as its Sunday theme, encouraging people to ‘be bold, be bright-wear every colour of the rainbow’! Not only this, but the line-up is one to make it a must-see on your list of festivals this summer.

Headlining the main stage are Manic Street Preachers on the Saturday and festival founders – the Levellers, who will be closing the weekend, as well as other acts such as Shed Seven, Gogol Bordello, The Wildhearts, Dreadzone, The Ska Vengers, A Tribe Called Red, The Spitfires, Ducking Punches and there for the first time, indie rock band, Feeder. Suzanne Vega, Calexico and folk legend, Richard Thompson Electric Trio are headlining the Big Top Stage, and will also be joined by Rising Appalachia, Les Negresses Vertes, Oysterband, 3 Daft Monkeys and North London siblings, Kitty, Daisy & Lewis.

The Little Bit Top is host to an amazing variety including Jazzie B, Sian Evans, The Undercover Hippie, Big Fish Little Fish, Macky Gee & IC3 and DJ Shineybeast , while the Theatre tent presents John Farnworth’s ‘Football Magic, ‘Stupid Stunt Show’ with Dan the Hat, Spitz & Co and irish poet, Stephen James Smith. What is more, the Band Stand welcomes the 2018 Fancy Dress Competition, Open Mic Sessions, The United Stoats of America, Jake and the Jellyfish, The Cravats, 40 Shillings on the Drum and many, many more. Ramblin’ Man Fair boasts fantastic line-up and Special Guest

Since it’s inception in 2015, every year, the Ramblin’ Man Fair has offered line-ups of the highest quality, and this year, it’s no different. Back again, for the 4th year running, the festival returns with a truly unmissable collection!

Quickly becoming a must-see event for festival goers, this year’s line up includes names such as Fish, The Cult, Mott the Hoople, The Rising Souls, Halestorm, Sons of Apollo, Steel Panther, Blackberry Smoke, No Hot Ashes, Cadillac Three and many others.

However, this is not all! Ramblin’ Man have recently revealed their special guest who will appear on the Outlaw Country stage on Saturday, 30th June and it is none other than the Alter Bridge, Mayfield Four and The Conspirators singer – you guessed it, it’s the legend himself, Myles Kennedy!

Myles will be showcasing tracks from his personal debut solo album ‘Year of the Tiger’, inspired by the loss of his father when he was a child and follows as he delves into new musical realms. The concept record was released on the 9th March and you can give the full album a listen below.

Other acts appearing on the Outlaw Country stage include Skinny Molly and Floridian rockers, Thomas Wynn & The Believers, Steve Earl & The Dukes, Me & That Man and The Adelaides. Here’s the full line up:

Ramblin’ Man Fair is taking place between Saturday, 30th June and Sunday, 1st July, on the grounds of the astonishing Mote Park, in Maidstone, Kent. Also known as the garden of England and one of the biggest parks in the southern part of the country, Mote Park is the perfect festival site, with multiple and easy travel links to train stations and airports for European visitors.

Y Not Festival add more names to it’s 2018 line-up

Y Not Festival have announced more acts to its 2018 event with The Wombats, Razorlight and Fickle Friends leading the list of new names confirmed!

They join already announced headliners The Libertines and Catfish & The Bottlemen , as well as known names such as the Manic Street Preachers, Kaiser Chiefs,  Buzzcocks, Circa Waves, The Amazons and Tom Grennan.

In it’s 13th year, Y Not Festival runs from July 26 to 29.

Also confirmed are Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Mallory Knox, Bad Sounds and many more names.

2000TREES adds more names to it’s 2018 line up!

17 more names have been added to this year’s 2000Trees!

The bands that have been confirmed are Black Peaks, Sløtface, Dream State and many more!

Enter Shikari and At The Drive In are headlining this year’s festival , as well as acts like Creeper, Hell is for Heroes and Basement making this year 2000Trees full of two days of quality music!

Other names that have been added to the festival in Cheltenham are Press to MECO, Fangclub, Gallops, Nervus, Black Futures, Gender Roles, Bitch Falcon, Lady Bird, Sun Arcana, Haggard Cat and Sean McGown.

2000trees takes place from 12 – 14 July. Tickets now available

Dot To Dot have announced the first names for its 2018 line-up

 

 

If you want to discover new music then this is the festival for you as once again, the multi-venue city festival will take place in three locations this May in it’s 13th year.

The event will take place in Manchester, Bristol and Nottingham as dozens of bands and artist play at different venues across the city centre.

The Horror’s will headline this year’s Dot To Dot festival with Pale Waves, Turnover, Bad Sounds, The Regrettes and many more emerging bands.

Tickets are priced from £13 and are on sale now with more names still to be confirmed.
